MIN BELT after a year of using

Hello backers,
Time goes by very fast. It has been a year you guys have experienced your MIN BELT. We hope you love it and wearing MIN BELT everyday.
The MIN BELT prototype we've been wearing is over two years now. It still works like a charm. We love and proud of it. There were a few users having problems using it. However, after we explain and suggest the way to use it properly. They love it. So far, we have not see any problems that can not be fixed using MIN BELT. It is a matter of knowing how to use and maintain it.
The main problem that user might facing after using for quite sometime is the belt can not hold tight. But, it is easy to fix as suggestion follows.
First of all, we suggest you to clean the buckle and strap using dish-washing liquid to remove the oil out of the strap surface and inside the buckle slot. You should particularly clean the inside both slot surface. Be careful! Don't rub and scratch on the buckle surface! Rinse the buckle and strap then dry them with towel. Then, put them back on. The MIN BELT will become fresh and tight like new. If the belt still can not hold as tight as you like, it is the time to adjust. You can narrow the slot gap by pressing the slot legs by hand. Starting from slightly force and try it until you get the right fit. If the slot is too tight, using the black plastic tool we provided to gently split the slot. It is a manually process. Just hand on, you will know how to handle it quickly.
MIN BELT is a new idea and mechanism. Some might find it is a bit hard to use at first. But when you use to it, this belt is the easiest belt on earth.

Hi Backers,
We did it!
We have fulfilled 643 backers who completed the survey. It is over a thousand MIN Belts that was shipped to backers around the world. Finally, we got it. We have learned a lot from this first Kickstarter projects. There are so many unexpected problems that we need to solve along the way. It is such a great experience. Thank you for all the support from everyone.
Our mistakes
We are so pleased with plenty of positive feedback from backers who received the MIN Belt. Thank you for all that. But we are more worried to the backer who getting the package early. They should found some difficulties using MIN Belt from our two mistakes.
1. We did not adjust the MIN Buckle right. So, they should found the MIN Belt is super tight and difficult to put on and take off. Backers need to adjust the MIN Buckle using the provided tool, but they probably don't really know how. Because ...
2. There is no printed instruction manual in the package. Because we believe the video would explain a lot better than text and picture. So, we decided to make a video instruction putting on our website. But we did strangely put the instruction video link on the tissue paper in the package. That is the problem. Because most of the backers did not really notice this link. They end up have no idea how to properly use and adjust the MIN Belt. It is one of our regret. Later on, we decided to print the instruction video link on a name-card size paper putting in the box. But we found that most of the backers still have not watched this video.
So, we encourage every backer to watch the instruction video in order to get the most out of your MIN Belt. MIN Belt is a totally adjustable belt. 100% Working and work like a charm. Please learn how to properly use and adjust it. We really want everyone to have a good time with the MIN Belt.
Another pain in our experience is to ship the International Post at the end of the year. There are many shipments the status has been frozen for so long during this busy period. Especially backer from US, Canada and Australia, many tracking numbers has no movement. Any backer who getting the tracking number notification through the e-mail for so long and still don't get the package, please send us an e-mail. We will try the best to help you getting it.
Survey ... please
Some backers who still do not do the Survey. Please do. Otherwise, you will never get the MIN Belt.

Fulfillment Update

Hi Backers,
We have fulfilled almost 500 backers so far. If your package was shipped, you will get the notification e-mail with tracking number. If you can not find the notification in your mailbox, please look in your junk mail. If you are really can not find the e-mail, chance that your package still not be shipped yet.
We are encountering the Black Buckle shortage situation at the moment. The PVD supplier has been facing the machine break down during this most busy period. It causes about 200 backers who chose Black Buckle can not be fulfilled. The supplier is struggling. They have missed to deliver as committed a couple times. After pushing hard, they schedule to deliver the Black Buckle in the next seven days which make us worried that some backers might not be able to receive MIN Belt before Christmas (finger crossed). It is frustrating for us to delay the schedule. But, our major concern is the backer who really need the MIN Belt for Christmas gift. So, if you have not received the tracking number and seriously need the belt before Christmas, send us an e-mail or message us immediately. If you are willing to change the Black Buckle to other color, we can ship your package right away. We are really sorry for the inconvenience cause. We put our best to fulfill every backer and we wish everyone will get the MIN Belt before Christmas.
We have got a lot of positive feedback from backers who received the MIN Belt. It is also our pleasure to hear backer mention that MIN Belt is worthwhile waiting. We insist that everyone will love MIN Belt. Some backers who might find it difficult to use at first. But if you watch the instruction video on the link that everyone can find in the package, you are totally able to adjust everything to make MIN Belt fit you the most.
